understanding what 5.2 is going to do

Hello Im still new to wow, only playing for 9 months now (hooked, i love it) but im having trouble prepping for this next patch, my questions for you are simple I hope.

Should I upgrade my Honor PvP gear before the patch or just get an heirloom for my next toon?   Also is it worth upgrading my 483/489 gear or hold points for conversion?

and can someone explain to me what is going to happen to my current pvp gear (warlock wearing 3 pieces of Malevolent/Conquest then the rest are Dreadful/Honor) I just dont want to blow all my points to find out i could have gotten something awesome post patch update, thank you for your time + answer in advanced

no idea how i got it like that^ Edited by MadMonk, Yesterday, 12:10 AM.

Rounded Up: Everything That’s Going On In MMOs

Full-on “everything that’s happening in MMOs” roundups are exactly the kind of thing I don’t really have time to write at the moment. So it’s fantastic to find a really comprehensive roundup of what’s going on in the gaming scene.

Spinks has provided just that, in one article – a really comprehensive roundup of everything that’s happening in and around the increasingly huge MMO industry, complete with links to bloggers discussing that news. It’s a great – and surprisingly swift – read:

“Gala Net (aka gPotato portals), publishers of Allods amongst other F2P titles, has been bought by Webzen, another F2P publisher. Take this as another date point on the “maybe F2P isn’t the answer for MMOs” graph. It seems from the financials that Gala Net had been well into the red for all of last year.

Wizardry Online, a new F2P MMO noted largely for a hardcore death penalty, released this month. When you are marketing your game as “the most hardcore fantasy MMO ever created”, it is a fair bet that you are aiming at a fairly specific audience. Still, Dark Souls sold well on a “this game is really hard and unforgiving” tagline so the players are out there.”
